Charleston, W.Va. (WVDN) – The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission (JVAC) is currently receiving applications to fill the judicial circuit court vacancy created by the retirement of Judge
Paul T. Farrell in the 6th Judicial Circuit serving Cabell County.
