FAIRLEA W.Va. (WVDN) – On Thursday, Sept. 25, the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office, in connection with the Greenbrier Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and the West Virginia ABC Commission, conducted THC Compliance checks at multiple locations throughout Greenbrier County.
One individual was arrested for selling THC to an individual under 21 years old. Marwan Saleh Al Kaaiti was arrested at the 3 Tobacco Shop in the Red Oaks Shopping Center in Fairlea. Al Kaaiti was charged with a single felony count of selling THC to a person under 21 years of age. Mr. Al Kaaiti had a bond set at $50,000.00, payable in cash only, and was transported to the Southern Regional Jail.

Baker said, “We are also making it clear that this is not a one-time crackdown. We will continue to monitor these businesses and ensure their ongoing compliance with the law. Those who fail to follow the rules will face consequences — not just once, but every time they violate the trust of this community.”
