LEWISBURG (WVDN) – Customers looking for dedicated and experienced realtors need to look no further than Country Road Realty, which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary in the real estate industry.

“Over the past quarter-century, we have built a reputation for trust, excellence, and customer satisfaction,” Broker and owner, Liz Wickline, said.

“Our success is a testament to the strong relations we’ve fostered and the outstanding results we’ve delivered to our clients.”

Wickline drew motivation and inspiration from a longtime friend, and with her love of working with others at the forefront of her plan, she made her dream a reality.

“I love working with people,” she said.

“I started out owning my own hair salon, so customer service was always top priority for me. I received my real estate license is 1992 and went to work for Paula McLaughlin at Realty Consulations. Paula was a wonderful mentor, and I still to this day use her business model. Always working for myself, I knew I wanted my own brokerage.

Over the past quarter-century, Country Road Realty has earned numerous honors and awards that reflect its dedication to excellence and the high standards it upholds in every transaction.

Wickline holds many special memories, but some stand out maybe a little more than others.

“Helping first-time buyers is always rewarding to me,” she said.

“I, just this year, worked with a young man in his twenties to purchase his first home. When I first started out, I was renting office space and, after three years, was able to purchase an office building. Also, working with other realtors over the years to accomplish goals.”

And making that buying process easier for customers is not only rewarding, but extremely important as well because it can be a tough task.

“Buying and selling is one the most stressful processes. I have always believed in staying in touch from start to finish, always putting the clients’ needs first and walking them through inspections, appraisals, and being a resource from them,” Wickline explained.

Although we all need a break occasionally, Wickline says her passion for her job and the way it changes keeps her motivated each day.

“Real Estate is always revolving from lending, to negotiation, and learning new ways to make technology work for you. I have always loved working with people. It is never boring,” Wickline exclaimed.

When choosing Country Road Realty, Wickline promises that communication and a customer-first initiative will justify the buyer’s choice and leave them satisfied through the trust they will gain.

“Trust, communication, and always being available,” she stated when asked about her best values.

“If someone reaches out to me, I make it a priority to make sure I have returned a call, email, etc. by the same business day.”

Twenty-five years is an exceptional accomplishment in any business, but Country Road Realty is already planning and looking forward to the next 25 with a passionate outlook.

“I love what I do. I still plan to keep giving the same customer service as always, still supporting the community that I live in. This celebration wouldn’t be possible without the support of our clients and dedicated team members. We are ready for the next 25 years of success, growth, and making dreams of home ownership come true,” Wickline concluded.
