LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – On September 22, several retirees of FPC Alderson met at the Dutch Haus Restaurant in Lewisburg.
Approximately 26 former employees became re-acquainted after not seeing each other for many years. Several traveled a distance, coming in from
Iowa, Missouri, and North Carolina. The average period of service ranged from 20 to 31 years.
Several employees did their entire career at FPC Alderson. Others began their careers at Alderson, transferring to various other federal agencies before retirement.
It was a great time for coworkers & friends and fellowship for long-time BOP staff.
