(WVDN) – SATURDAY, October 11: Taste of our town Festival (toot) – The 39th annual Taste of Our Towns (TOOT) festival takes place Saturday, October 11, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Thousands of residents and visitors from across the region gather on the streets of historic downtown Lewisburg to sample delicious food from local restaurants, businesses, civic clubs, and nonprofit organizations.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11: ALL THINGS PUMPKIN CULINARY CONTEST – The 3rd Annual All Things Pumpkin Culinary Contest will take place during the Taste of Our Towns (TOOT) Festival on Saturday Oct. 11. Stay tuned for more information.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18: BLIND BOYS OF ALABAMA – Mainstage Performance on Saturday, October 18, at 7 p.m. featuring the Blind Boys of Alabama, a legendary gospel group whose music has uplifted audiences for over eight decades. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23: ELSA HOWELL – Second Stage Performance on Thursday, October 23, at 7 p.m. featuring Elsa Howell. Elsa writes her own haunting ballads inspired by her native region while honoring and treasuring the centuries-old tradition of Appalachian ballad singing. The Second Stage Series takes place in the Old Stone Room and is first come first served seating. Tickets are $20/adult. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26: THE FRENCH CONNECTION: MUSIC OF DEBUSSY & RAVEL – The 2025 Carnegie Classics Series begins on Sunday, October 26, at 3 p.m. with The French Connection: Music of Debussy and Ravel featuring Barbara Nissman with special guest violinist Russell Fallstad. Individual performance tickets are $30/adults and $20/students. Thanks to the Carnegie Cardinal Fund, Greenbrier County Students attend for free, but still must reserve a seat.
