The object of the above entitled action is to determine the legal uses of property conveyed to the Board of Education of Williamsburg District, the predecessor to the Greenbrier County Board of Education in 1922 from Pearl O’Bryan and Edward O’Bryan. The Plaintiff has provided an affidavit showing that the Plaintiff in the above-entitled case has made diligent efforts to serve various defendants directly, but has not been able to complete service of process.
IT IS ORDERED that the Unknown Heirs, Administrators, Devisees, Executors, Next of Kin, and Assigns of Pearl O’Bryan and Edward O’Bryan, serve upon Plaintiff’s counsel, whose address is:

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
