He was loved and cherished by many people, including: his parents, Charles White and Eula Belle White; his wife, Deborah “Debbie”; his daughter, Robin Brooke White; his mother-in-law, Dorothy Kiner; his sisters, Kyletha Hepler (Roger) and Kimberly Campbell (Junior); his brother-in-law, Donnie Kiner; his son, Charles White III; his brother-in-law, Ronnie Hepler; and his father-in-law, Don Kiner. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the White Sulphur Springs Chapel (175 Mountain Ave., White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home (175 Mountain Ave., White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986).
