FRANKFORD W.Va. (WVDN) – The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for Johnathon L. Burns, a 30-year-old man who has been reported missing under what authorities describe as unusual circumstances.

According to investigators, Burns was last seen on foot around 4:30 a.m. on August 7, in the 2100 block of Spring Creek Station Road, near Frankford. He has not been seen or heard from since, and law enforcement officials are growing increasingly concerned for his safety.

Burns is described as:

Age: 30

Height: 5 feet 8 inches

Weight: 135 pounds

Eye Color: Brown

At the time of his disappearance, his clothing was unknown, and no additional distinguishing features have been reported.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Greenbrier County Office of Emergency Communications at 304-647-7911 or the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office at 304-647-6634 and ask to speak with Lead Investigator Deputy A. Davis.

The Sheriff’s Office thanks the public for their continued support and assistance in this ongoing investigation.
