CHARLESTON W.Va. The public comment hearing will begin at 5:30 p.m. on August 11, and the evidentiary hearing will begin the following day at 9:30 a.m., continuing through August 13, if necessary. Both hearings will be held at PSC headquarters, 201 Brooks St., Charleston.

Those who wish to participate in the public comment hearing should register with the Commission by 4 p.m. on August 8.
