Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will meet on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers, located at 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg, West Virginia, to hear the following applications.

1. Call to order

2. Eric and Jessica Hall, 1599 Washington Street East, install Black Architectural Shingles with K Style gutters

3. Louise Peltier, 256 Echols Lane, replace sidewalk, install Black Aluminum railing to match existing to match front porch

4. Z 2 LLC, 779 Court Street South, Exterior painting of building

5. Christian and Christy Hughart, 2122 Washington Street East, Addition to existing home

6. Tom Campbell, 164 Greenbrier Avenue, Exterior painting.

7. Merritt Withrow, 456 Foster Street, paint the exterior of the house and shutters

8. Approval of the July Minutes

9. Comments from the Planning and Zoning Officer

10. Comments from the Commission

11. Adjournment

The next scheduled meeting of the Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., with a deadline of August 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
