WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. – The White Sulphur Springs Public Library is excited to announce it will host a free Back-to-School Fair on Tuesday, August 5, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the library, located at 344 W Main St, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986.
This community event is designed to help local families prepare for the upcoming school year with a variety of free services and fun activities. Attendees can enjoy:
- FREE hot dog dinners
- FREE haircuts for children
- FREE library cards
The fair will also feature numerous informational stations and engaging activities, including:
- Read Aloud & Literacy Coalition
- WSS Girl Scouts
- Rainelle Medical Center
- Presentations from other community organizations
Families are encouraged to visit these informational stations. By showing library staff their child/family library card and visiting the stations, children’s names will be entered into a drawing for a FREE backpack with a prize!
“We are thrilled to welcome families to our Back-to-School Fair,” said Library Director Joann Hartzell. “Our goal is to provide valuable resources and a fun evening for the community as we get ready for the new school year. We hope to see everyone there!”
