Greenbrier East Football’s Preseason Schedule and Dates

FAIRLEA- Greenbrier East football season is right around the corner with fall practice starting in just two weeks. 

Here is a preseason schedule of report dates, scrimmages, and practice times:

 

July 29th:

Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting 6:00pm

GEHS Cafeteria 

 

July 28th – August 3rd:

WVSSAC Mandatory Dead Week No Activities 

 

August 4th:

1st Day of Practice 

4:30-7:30pm every weekday 

Except Saturday August 9th @ 7:00am

 

August 13th:

Team Pictures

8:00am Practice will follow 

 

August 15th:

Battle of Borders

GEHS vs Midland Trail

 

August 16th:

Battle of the Borders

James Monroe vs Rockbridge 

Bath County vs Webster County 

Pocahontas vs East JV (tent.)

 

August 22nd: 

Scrimmage 7:00pm 

GEHS vs Petersburg HS

 

August 29th:

Opening Game of the Regular Season

GEHS @ Riverside HS

 

NOTE: The football schedule will be posted soon along with a breakdown of each matchup to look forward to for this upcoming 2025 Spartan season.
