Sheri Lynn Wilson
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sheri Lynn Wilson, who went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
Sheri was born in Union, WV, on June 9, 1971, to Carolyn Boone and the late Robert Davis.
Sheri was a bright light in dark times. She was passionate about helping others and always had time to lend an ear or offer support.
Most recently, she worked as a hostess at Aprils, and was the owner and CEO of her business, Sheri’s Creative Designs. She loved crafting, teaching, and creating, but her favorite part was connecting with people.
She will be best remembered as a loving and devoted Mother, Gigi, Daughter, Sister, and Friend. She loved fiercely and believed that you should always tell the people you love how you feel. If you’re reading this, we hope you’ll take a moment out of your day, in honor of Sheri, to tell someone you love them.
In addition to her father, Robert “Bob” Davis, Sheri was preceded in death by a sister, Bobbi Lynn Arnold; grandmother, Hilda “Nanny” Davis; grandfather, Bill “Ace” Davis; stepfather, Jerry Boone; stepbrother, Robert Boone; and her four-legged, Phoenix.
In addition to her mother, Carolyn Boone, Sheri is survived by her son, Justin Knapp; daughter, Sierra Knapp; grandson, Grayson “Boogie”; granddaughters, Kingsley, Kambrey, and Aricella; sister, Misty Boone (Kathy); special bonus mom, Teresa Davis Clower; furbabies, Sophie, Piper, and Gia; and a host of nieces, nephews, special friends, coworkers, and crafters.
