CHARLESTON W.Va. (WVDN) — The Education Alliance is pleased to announce that Lynne Bostic has joined its team as Partnership Coordinator for the Greenbrier County region. In this role, Bostic will lead efforts to strengthen connections between schools, businesses, and the community—helping students gain realworld learning experiences that support their long-term success.
Bostic brings a wealth of experience to the position, having served as a principal, curriculum director, and county superintendent of schools. She also brings business sector insight from her previous role as a public relations manager in the hospitality industry. In her new role, she will work to strengthen school business partnerships that spark students’ vision of their future success and further orient them to pursue career pathways and successfully enroll in postsecondary education.
As Partnership Coordinator, Bostic will work closely with Greenbrier County Schools to develop a regional demonstration site that expands access to high-quality, career exploration activities with local businesses for middle school and high school youth.
“The Education Alliance continues to be an invaluable partner in strengthening the bridge between our schools and the business community,” said Greenbrier County Schools Superintendent Jeff Bryant. “We are especially excited to welcome the Alliance’s new Partnership Coordinator, Lynne Bostic, whose expertise and enthusiasm will no doubt enhance our shared mission. We look forward to her collaboration with our Director of Secondary Education and our Communications & Partnership Coordinator as we work together to create meaningful opportunities for our students and educators.”
“We are excited to welcome Lynne Bostic to our team,” said Dr. Amelia Courts, President/CEO of The Education Alliance. “Strong school-business partnerships open doors for students—they help them build skills, discover career pathways, and connect classroom learning to future goals. Lynne’s leadership and background make her an ideal fit for this role, and we look forward to partnering with Greenbrier County Schools to create meaningful opportunities for students.”
