About Donna L. Skeen – In 1996, Donna Skeen started a home health care agency after a simple request from her mother: She wished to remain in her home during her later years. She did not want to go to a nursing home. She wanted to stay with her family, and that is precisely what she was able to do. This became the core value of providing in-home care within our communities. Every day in the U.S., 10,000 people turn 65, representing over 20 percent of the population by 2050.
