CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WVDN) — The West Virginia Democratic Party mourns the passing of former Delegate Doug Skaff Jr., who served with distinction in the West Virginia House of Delegates, including a tenure as House Minority Leader.
Chairman Mike Pushkin, who served alongside Skaff in the House, shared his heartfelt condolences:
