LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) — Abigail Brown, D.O., graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree on May 2, 2025.
While at WVSOM, Dr. Brown was a student representative for the Exercise is Medicine program. She was a member of the student chapter of the American Academy of Osteopathy and the student chapter of the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine.
Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va., in 2018. She is a graduate of Greenbrier East High School in Lewisburg, W.Va.
Brown is the daughter of Jason Brown and Jennifer Brown-Knisely of Lewisburg.
She plans to enter a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at University Hospitals Community Consortium in Cleveland, Ohio.
