United Way of Greenbrier Valley Announces Inaugural Golf Tournament

LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Calling all golf enthusiasts! The United Way of Greenbrier Valley is excited to announce its First Annual Golf Tournament, a fun-filled day of competition, camaraderie, and community support. Set against the stunning backdrop of Valley View Country Club in White Sulphur Springs, this event promises more than just a round of golf. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss!

Tee off with friends or come solo and make new ones, while enjoying 18 holes of lush greens. The United Way has an exciting lineup of activities planned, including an after-party with complimentary hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and live music featuring local talent, Lillie King, and friends. Plus, don’t miss out on the silent auction, offering unique regional experiences.

Event Highlights:

  • 18 holes of golf at Valley View Country Club
  • Golf cart included
  • Lunch provided
  • Access to the after-party with live music and hors d’oeuvres

The event is open to all, whether you’re a golfer or simply looking to enjoy the festivities. The after-party will begin at 4:30 PM at the Valley View Country Club clubhouse, with tickets available for $30 online or $35 at the door.

Golf Entry Fee:

  • $250 per person (includes golf, cart, lunch, and after-party access)
  • $125 student entry fee

After-party Tickets:

  • $30 online / $35 at the door
