Millwood, W.Va. (WVDN) – On Thursday, March 6, 2025, at approximately 11:32 am, Sgt. P.S. Fisher responded to the WV Army National Guard facility reference a break in at the motor pool and a stolen Humvee. The WVSP Crime Scene Team was utilized to process the entirety of motor pool and surrounding areas. Sgt. Fisher was able to recover the stolen vehicle which was abandoned in the Shelly Materials Sand & Gravel Pit located in Racine, Ohio.
On Friday, March 28, 2025, Sgt. P.S. Fisher, and Senior Trooper B.Q. Turner arrested Tresten M. Williams, 20-year-old male, from Ravenswood, WV.
Upon further investigation, (5) five other involved persons were identified as William McCommons, 20-year-old male, from White Hall, WV, Joseph Juzkiw, 18-year-old male, from Ravenswood, WV, Ryan McDaniels, 21-year-old male, from Elkview, WV, Aubrie Pasadyn, 18-year-old female, from Ravenswood, WV, and Annarose Garrity, 18-year-old female, from Ravenswood, WV.
On Tuesday, April 1st through Wednesday, April 2, 2025, McCommons, Juzkiw, McDaniels, Pasadyn, and Garrity were arrested and arraigned in Jackson, Kanawha and Preston Counties on the felony charges of Conspiracy, Breaking & Entering, Grand Larceny and misdemeanor charges of Vehicle Tampering and Trespassing.
