David Brian Bostic

David Brian Bostic, 71, of Pickaway, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025.

Born November 14, 1953, in Charleston, he was the youngest son of R. Rankin and Ruth Kidd Bostic.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Steven L. Bostic.

Surviving are his wife, Debbie, and children, Jason David Bostic and Dr. Amanda Barton Bostic; brother, Richard K Bostic, his wife, Freda; and numerous nephews and nieces, as well as friends who became family.

Dave was a 1971 graduate of Union High School and Revco Tractor Trailer School in 1972. He was a certified Heavy Equipment Operator and Truck Driver, and was a dedicated employee of Central Supply Company at the time of his passing.

Dave loved his family farm, raising beef cattle and sheep, as well as the family dairy cattle. He was a very friendly person, always willing to share a story. He never met a stranger and offered a helping hand to those in need. He will be deeply missed.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg. Burial with Masonic Rites conducted by Monroe Lodge #77 will follow at the Green Hill Cemetery in Union.

The family will receive family and friends Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
