Detch, 895 Court Street North, Lewisburg, W.Va. 24901, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
