LEWISBURG W.Va. – Family Refuge Center is excited to announce the launch of its latest fundraising campaign, “Donate A Day’s Wages,” an initiative dedicated to empowering communities and supporting local causes. This fundraiser aims to mobilize individuals to donate a portion of their wages to make a significant impact on the lives of those in need.
The Donate A Day’s Wages was founded on the belief that small contributions from many can create monumental change. The campaign encourages people from all walks of life to come together and support vital programs and services that benefit survivors, including emergency shelter, enrichment activities, counseling services and empowerment funds.
“We believe that everyone has the power to make a difference,” said Stephanie Moore, Executive Director. “Together, we can create lasting change and build stronger, more resilient communities.” Individuals interested in participating in the Donate A Day’s Wages campaign can visit the Family Refuge Center’s Facebook page for more information. Donors can participate by making a one-time donation equivalent to their daily earnings or setting up recurring contributions to maximize their impact.
