FAIRLEA W.Va. (WVDN) – Master Gardeners of Greenbrier Valley announce a spring pruning clinic. This free clinic will take place Saturday, March 29, from 1-3 p.m. at the Master Gardener Demonstration Garden located at the West Virginia State Fairgrounds in Fairlea. The clinic will be taught by Dr. Mira B. Danilovic, Extension Specialist Consumer Horticulture and Associate Professor with the WVU Extension Service and WVU Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design.
Additionally, Danilovic serves as State Coordinator for the West Virginia Extension Master Gardener Program. The topics that will be covered will include “How and when to prune garden and fruit trees, bushes and vines, and what type of pruning equipment you need and how to care for them.” This clinic is free and is open to the public.
