KANAWHA COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – A Charleston man was arrested following a traffic stop on Tuesday. The West Virginia State Police released the following information:
“On Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at approximately 8:58 pm, Captain R. E. Stephenson, performed a traffic stop and requested assistance from Trooper First Class T. E. Kirkwood, Senior Trooper Adams, and Trooper A. M. Kirk.
“Upon contacting the vehicle’s operator, he was identified as Kuloni Brown (45-year-old male from Charleston, WV). Upon speaking with Mr. Brown, the odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and approximately 21 pounds of marijuana was seized along with $1400 in US currency.
“Mr. Brown was arrested to for Driving Revoked for DUI, DUI, Possession with Internet to Deliver and Left of Center.”
