MORGANTOWN W.Va. (WVDN) – Two individuals were arrested on drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Morgantown. The West Virginia State Police released the following information:
“On Friday, February 21, 2025, at approximately 11:17 pm, Trooper First Class J. L. Anglin was conducting traffic patrol on I-68 in the area of Morgantown, WV. Trooper First Class J. L. Anglin conducted a traffic stop on a dark in color Ford SUV for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as Paul Martin Brownfield (a 41-year-old male from Adah, PA) and a female passenger was later identified as Julie Ann Strosnider (a 43-year-old female from Dilliner, PA). Trooper First Class J. L. Anglin was assisted by Monongalia County Sheriff’s K-9 unit. Officers located suspected methamphetamine and a large amount of alprazolam pills, both wrapped in plastic baggies along with a scale. Paul Martin Brownfield and Julie Ann Strosnider were placed under arrest for possession with intent and drug conspiracy.”
