Article 1014.05 of the Zoning Ordinance – Appeal from a Decision of the Board
“Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision or order of the Board may present to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County a petition duly verified, setting forth that such decision or order is illegal in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the alleged illegality. The petition shall be presented to the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision or order of the Board.”
Appeal by Rhema Christian Center for a Variance and Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests to divide the existing lot located at 3100 Houfnaggle Road, Lewisburg for a special exception for an administrative building and variance to exceed the minimum of 2000 sq ft ; along with a special exception to allow for the gymnasium to be used as a group[ recreational and sports facility, non-commercial.
