NOTICE
Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse-Annex.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Rhema Christian Center for a Variance and Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests would like to divide the existing lot located at 3100 Houfnaggle Road, Lewisburg and apply for a special exception for an administrative building and variance to exceed the minimum of 2000 sq. ft.; along with a special exception to allow for the gymnasium to be used as a group recreational and sports facility, non-commercial. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg, described in Deed Book 535 on Page 198 and shown on Tax Map 23G as Parcel 1.
