MEADOW RIVER VALLEY ASSOCIATION, INC.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

MEADOW RIVER RECREATIONAL MASTER PLANNING

Meadow River Valley Association, Inc. solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in performing master planning services for enhancement of recreational opportunities along the Meadow River in Nicholas, Fayette, and Greenbrier Counties in West Virginia.

The master planning services are subject to terms and conditions set forth in detail in the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). Copies of the RFQ must be obtained via email to the Meadow River Valley Association, Inc. at info@meadowriver.org.

All consultants interested in being considered for this project must submit a SOQ detailing qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities and related prior experience.

The object of the competitive process is to objectively select the firm who will provide the highest quality of service. Accordingly, technical qualifications and experience will be weighed heavily. Selected respondents will be interviewed, and the firm ranked most qualified will be selected to enter into fee negotiations.

An original and four (4) copies of all requested information should be mailed or delivered to:

Responses must be received by 3:00 PM ET on Friday, February 21, 2025. Qualifications received after 3 PM will not be accepted. Mailed SOQs must be sealed and clearly marked “RFQ Response for Meadow River Master Planning” in the lower left corner.

Emailed submissions sent to info@meadowriver.org will be accepted.

Meadow River Valley Association, Inc. will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a SOQ in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award. Meadow River Valley Association, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals.

All questions regarding this RFQ shall be received in writing by email to info@meadowriver.org. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM, Friday, February 7, 2025.
