Frank Godfrey, Jr.
Frank Godfrey, Jr., 59, of White Sulphur Springs, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Frank was born November 11, 1965, in Clifton Forge, VA, and was the son of the late Frank Sr. and Annie Robinson Godfrey, Sr.
He had been a chef at CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center and formerly at Granny’s Kitchen.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Norman Robinson, Roy Robinson, Steward Frank Godfrey, and Barbara Kemp.
Surviving are his daughters, Chasity Crawford and her daughter (Frank’s granddaughter), Anayiah Crawford of Lewisburg, and Jasmine Sowell of Richmond, VA; sons, Isiah Godfrey and his son (Frank’s grandson) of Lewisburg, and London Godfrey of Lewisburg; life partner of 35 years, Susan Burns; sisters, Odessa Finney-Godfrey (Jerome) and Gillie Godfrey, both of White Sulphur Springs; brothers, Tim Godfrey (Stephanie) of White Sulphur Springs and Donald Tucker; nephews, Rahzel Godfrey and Dominique Godfrey; great-nieces, Winter Godfrey and Kylee Godfrey; great-nephew, Braylen Godfrey; special friend, Vic McIntyre; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services for Frank will be Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 12 p.m. at Rhema Christian Center, 3584 Davis Stuart Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901, with Pastor Kathie Holland officiating.
The family will receive family and friends from 11 a.m. until time of services at the church on Thursday.
