CHARLESTON W.Va. (WVDN) — Attorney General JB McCuskey announced a representative from his office will meet with central and southeastern West Virginia residents in February to discuss consumer-related issues and answer any potential questions.
“Mobile office hours allow local consumers the opportunity to speak with a representative from our office and learn more about scams, identity theft and other consumer issues right in their hometown,” Attorney General McCuskey said. “I encourage everyone to attend the mobile office hours at a time and location that is convenient for them so they can learn about scams that are impacting the area, and get to know the hardworking people in our office.”
“We always look forward to the opportunity to answer questions and interact with the people of West Virginia.”
Justin Arvon, a consumer outreach and compliance specialist with the office, will host the events as scheduled below:
- Feb. 5: 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – The Chocolate Moose, 1818 Harper St., Beckley
- Feb. 12: 11 a.m. to noon – Hinton Town Hall, 322 Summers St., Hinton
- Feb. 19: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Richwood Town Hall, 6 White Town Hall, Richwood
- Feb. 26: Noon to 1 p.m. – The Table, 707 Main St., Mount Hope
