Denny Clifford Morgan
Denny Clifford Morgan, 84, of Elyria, OH, formerly of Ronceverte, WV, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025, at the North Ridge Nursing Home in Ohio. Born in Ronceverte, WV, on April 14, 1940, he was the son of the late Clifford and Edna Morgan.
While growing up in Ronceverte, he attended the Greenbrier Baptist Church. Denny was a member of the Sugar Ridge Baptist Church and also served in the U.S. Army. He retired from the Bendix Corporation in Elyria, OH, where he worked as an Assembler. He loved to fish and play golf and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan and a huge West Virginia Mountaineers fan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Adams Morgan; and a stepson, Larry Adams. He is survived by his sister, Shirley Morgan Wood of Columbia Station, OH; two stepsons, Mike Adams and Terry Adams; a stepdaughter, Sharon Graham; and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews who love him dearly.
Services will be held at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte on Saturday, January 18th, at 2 p.m. The burial will follow at the Morgan Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
