LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Vitamins are nutrients that the body needs in small amounts in order to function and stay healthy. It is common knowledge that orange juice is high in vitamin C and meat, eggs and dairy products contain vitamin B12, but some are looking for alternative ways to boost their vitamin intake. Appalachian Hydration, located in Lewisburg, offers vitamin injections that are delivered in a convenient office setting in an hour or less.

“People may be surprised to know that 75% of adults in America are walking around chronically dehydrated without even knowing it,” says Stephanie Holliday, board-certified nurse practitioner and owner of Appalachian Hydration.

With a focus on overall health and well-being, Appalachian Hydration is a medical office whose mission is to offer safe, high-quality and competitively-priced wellness services to busy individuals who are constantly on the go.

“Ever since becoming a nurse practitioner, I wanted to have my own practice and provide quality care to my community,” says Holliday. With a range of customized IV therapies and tailored treatments aimed at specific healthcare goals, Holliday has partnered with FDA-regulated pharmacies to ensure high-quality medications and supplements.

Catering to young and middle-aged adults, Appalachian Hydration offers services for immune system support, migraine relief, fatigue reduction, beauty renewal, hangover relief, energy boost, stomach flu and cold relief and more. Depending on the therapy that you choose, prices range from $10 to over $100 and are completed anywhere from 10 minutes to just under an hour.

“I want to thank my customers for allowing me to help them achieve their healthcare goals,” says Stephanie. “Whether that be reaching their weight loss goals, improving energy, or helping them recover with IV hydration therapy.”

Appalachian Hydration is located at 1126 Maplewood Avenue in Lewisburg. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.; and closed on Sunday. Gift cards are available.

For more information, call 681-484-3180 or email AppalachianHydration@gmail.com. For updates, discounts and giveaways, you can also follow them on social media by searching for Appalachian Hydration on Facebook. If you are considering vitamin injections, be sure to discuss any concerns, pre-existing conditions or allergies you may have with your healthcare provider.
