DANIELS W.Va. (WVDN) – The Resort at Glade Springs is a staple in the Raleigh County community; however, the iconic location is about to undergo a change in ownership. According to a release issued by Jay Justice, son of Governor Justice, the change comes after 14 years of the Justice family being associated with the resort community.

The release from Jay Justice states, “When my family purchased Glade Springs in 2010 the future of Glade was in doubt and considering our long association with the property, the founding family and many of the residents it was the right decision to make.”

The release goes on to say, “As you know, we recently contracted with Pyramid Global Hospitality to manage the Resort and we anticipate that relationship continuing.

“The time has come for the Justice family and Glade Springs to end our association. We have retained CBRE Group, Inc, to actively market the Resort and our properties at Glade.”

CBRE Group is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. They are considered the largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.

According to the release, the Justices hope to minimize changes related to the transition.
