You will take notice that JOHNSON & JOHNSON INVESTMENTS, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000646, located in RAINELLE CORP District, LT10 HIGHLAND ADD WV AVE 100X405.1X63.9X407 FR BAL which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of GREENBRIER PREMIER RENTALS & PROPER, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of GREENBRIER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 10, 2023. JOHNSON & JOHNSON INVESTMENTS LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after February 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before January 31, 2025 will be as follows:
