The City Of Ronceverte Is Accepting Sealed Bids For Project #DLAP24-32 – Demolition Of Structures Within City Limits Round 2.

Request for Quotation

The City of Ronceverte is accepting sealed bids for Project #DLAP24-32, Demolition of Structures within City Limits Round 2.

Asbestos inspections, asbestos abatement (where applicable), and complete removal of structures are required to be part of the bid.

The Bid must be to completely remove each structure to grade, seed, and remove any underground utilities and cap the sewer connection.

The City of Ronceverte will evaluate the specifications and pricing submitted and may conduct discussions with individuals/ firms submitting proposals deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required and then rank such proposals in order of preference. The City of Ronceverte requests separate bids on each structure and would ask that the quotes be good for six (6) months.

Interested parties can contact City Hall at 304-647-5455 for a bid packet or email: jterry@cityofronceverte.com

Individuals/firms are invited to submit a quotation to include pricing and qualifications. This must be turned in no later than Friday, November 29, 2024, at 4:00pm (local time), in the office of City Hall located at 693 Edgar Avenue, Ronceverte, WV 24970. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.

The City of Ronceverte reserves the right to reject any and all bids from individuals/firms and to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the interest of the City of Ronceverte and in accordance with the West Virginia State code.
