It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Melissa Bernadine Bostic is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Melissa Bernadine Bostic serve upon Richard Wayne Bostic, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 912 Court Street N, Lewisburg, WV 24901, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action within one month of the publication date, thereof. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A hearing on this matter is scheduled for October 31, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. before Judge Sanders.
