The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority (GCSWA) seeks proposals for engineering services for the design, permitting, and QC monitoring of a Geosynthetic Composite Liner System at the Greenbrier County Landfill located at 480 Landfill Road, Lewisburg, WV,
The GCSWA seeks proposals for the following tasks:
1. Design and Permit 4 Acre Geosynthetic Composite Liner System
2. Generate all Bid and Contract documents
3. Perform CQA Monitoring, Testing, and Certification during Construction
Site visits can be arranged by calling Kelly Childers – Executive Director, at 304-645-2489.
All interested parties are invited to submit an expression of interest via email to Kelly Childers at gbrcolandfill@gmail.com by August 15, 2024. Completed proposals, along with proof of qualification, are requested by August 19, 2024.
