LEWISBURG W.Va (WVDN) – Executive Administrative Assistant Geogeanne Morgan and Security Director Toby Fleshman took WVDN on a little tour to help see their newest concept come to life; advertising space. Window clings, banners, posters and more are now welcome at the Greenbrier Valley Airport/FBO.
The facility has many window shapes and sizes to choose from in various spots, as well as the doors of hangars and out/equipment buildings. Imagine passengers or potential clients disembarking and being welcomed to Lewisburg, with bright and colorful advertisements of what they can find to do, eat, or enjoy here in the Greenbrier Valley.
Advertising at airports can be quite effective given the diverse and captive audience passing through. It also alerts the visitors to the tremendous amount of adventure available in the Greenbrier Valley. One of the unique benefits and advantages this type of advertising offers to potential clients is the high foot traffic. Airport terminals experience constant foot traffic with passengers arriving, departing, and connecting flights. This means advertisements will be seen by a large number of people every day, including business travelers, tourists, and frequent flyers, as well as the local population that comes to dine at Mi Tequila Mexican Restaurant or the many events and programs that the airport staff have regularly.
Window spaces are strategically positioned in high-traffic areas such as near security checkpoints, baggage claim areas, or departure gates, maximizing visibility and impact.
LWB’s baggage claim has static displays and lighted screens which allows for flexible advertising options. There are also bathroom walls and hallways. Want to truly maximize an ad’s visibility? Try a 12×12 (varies) hangar door which can be seen from the air on approach or exiting aircraft or the front-facing buildings that line the main drive into and out of the airport. Prices and sizes are varied, flexible, or can be bundled.
“As we enter our busy season starting June 1, the Greenbrier Valley Airport is excited to offer an increased commercial flight schedule. In conjunction with our steady private pilot traffic, advertisements placed at our airport could be seen by upwards of 700 people per week. This presents an excellent opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services to a diverse and captive audience, making a lasting impression on travelers passing through our facility,” says Morgan.
