Marty Lane Bostic
Marty Lane Bostic, 62, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, passed away Saturday 6, 2024.
Born May 13, 1961, in White Sulphur Springs, he was the son of the late Divus Linwood Bostic and Lois June McDowell Bostic.
Marty retired from The Greenbrier Hotel, after many years of service working in the Golf Course Maintenance. He was a member of the 1977 Greenbrier East State Champion Golf Team.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Jay Bostic.
Survivors include his mother, Lois Bostic of White Sulphur Springs, WV; one son, Chad Bostic of VA; brother, Nick Bostic and his wife, Maggie, of Rupert, WV; nieces, Jordonne and Katelyn; and nephews, Derek, Levi, Jeremiah, and Ryan; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs at 1 p.m. with Marty’s nephew, Pastor Jeremiah Bostic, officiating. The family will receive family and friends from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. There will be a private graveside service at the Dowdy Cemetery in Glace at a later time.
