FAIRLEA, WV- Ladies, there’s a new option in town for all your cosmetic needs and it sits at 413 Greenbrier Valley Mall Drive in Lewisburg by Ruby’s.

Wanderlust Salon & Spa offers deals on hair, skin, and nails and was opened by Taylor Tuckwiller just a few weeks ago and early indications are that things are going well. The inside is decorated to perfection and offers a ‘home’ feel once you step through the door.

Tuckwiller worked at ‘The Studio’ for years and had extremely loyal customers but had her own vision to branch out on her own and start something not only for herself, but to give her clients a different aspect as well.

Tuckwiller, along with Payton George and Donita Smelcer, decided the time was now and their journeys have now begun.

“We were reaching points in our lives where we felt we needed to branch out. We wanted to mash up cities we have been to and put it into one salon. One that we could call our own,” Tuckwiller explained.

However, the current salon is only the beginning. The trio of girls have huge plans in place that include more employees and more services, and they hope to achieve those goals within the next calendar year.

“Fast forward one year later,” Tuckwiller began.

“We are wanting to add one more cosmetologist and hopefully a massage therapist as well. We plan on opening the other half of the salon by the end of next year,” she said.

The hours for Wanderlust Salon & Spa are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays. The shop is closed on Sundays.

Tuckwiller encourages anyone and everyone to stop by and check them out and make Wanderlust your new, personal salon.

“We are very excited to start this new journey together,” Tuckwiller said with a big smile.

“And very excited to share it with everyone in the Greenbrier Valley,” she concluded.
