Two Rainelle men have been charged with a misdemeanor of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor, and one additionally charged with misdemeanor of indecent exposure.
According to a police report filed by Chief J.P. Stevens of the Rainelle Police Department, on Tuesday, March 27, at approximately 3:10 a.m., John Novack made a bet with Samuel Cochrum of $5 to expose himself to a gas station clerk.
