3 Ingredient Strawberry Puff Pastry
A beautiful little puff pastry shell filled with cream cheese, topped with strawberries and voila! A sassy little dessert that fits perfectly inside a cupcake sleeve for easy gifting. Must keep refrigerated.
Ingredients
Yield 12 pieces
1 box Pepperidge Farm (or any) puff pastry shells
1 48 oz. tub of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cheesecake Mix
1-2 med. Boxes of strawberries
½ c. powdered sugar
Parchment paper
Ice cream scoop
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*
Slice 12 strawberries into 3 pieces each. Set aside.
Lay out flat, 12 pieces of pastry shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment
Dust all with powdered sugar
Bake for 15 minutes at 400
Remove inner shell tops
Fill cavity with 1 scoop of cream cheese mix
Place 3 slices of strawberries around 1 side of mixture, sticking up
Dust again gently, with powdered sugar
Replace tops on an angle if desired or toss
A small cookie box or a baker’s dozen will make a nice gift!
