Barbara Ann Plaugher
Barbara Ann Plaugher of Plum Run, WV, loving wife of Stanford Lee Plaugher, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023. Barb was born on July 19, 1939, to Authur William Thompson and Patricia Merle Thompson from Covington, VA.
She leaves behind a loving husband of 49 years, Stanford Lee Plaugher, four children, Charles Richard Ramsey of Cabool, MO, Julie Ramsey Honaker of White Sulphur Springs, WV, Steven Shane Ramsey of Dunbar, WV, and Stanley William Plaugher of Denver, CO; as well as nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is further survived by Carmen Smith, her aunt, of Colonial Heights, VA.
Barb was a treasure and loved to quilt, make pottery, and weave baskets. She went peacefully into the arms of our Lord, surrounded by love and family, and will live on in our hearts and our memories.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held at Noah’s Ark Assembly of God in Fairview, WV, on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 12 p.m.
