RUPERT, W.Va. (WVDN) – Three individuals were arrested on drug charges over the Memorial Day weekend.
On Saturday, May 27, members of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at a residence located in Rupert. As a result of the search, officers recovered approximately 70 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 50 grams of heroin, fentanyl and a heroin/fentanyl mix, as well as a handgun.
Upon conclusion of the investigation, three individuals were arrested.
Ronald A. Koehler, age 30, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony against the state; Reva C. Thornton, age 60, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony against the state; and Cynthia L. Smith, age 49, was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony against the state.
