WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (WVDN) – Holy Week services at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in White Sulphur Springs and St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ronceverte have been announced beginning on Palm Sunday weekend with Masses at St. Charles Borromeo 4 p.m. Saturday, April 1, and Sunday 9 a.m. and St. Catherine of Siena Church at 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 2.
On Tuesday, April 4, there will be Mass at St. Catherine of Siena at 8:30 a.m. and on Wednesday at St. Charles Borromeo at noon.
Holy Thursday Mass will be at St. Catherine of Siena at 6:30 p.m., and on Good Friday, services will be held at St. Charles Borromeo at noon and St. Catherine of Siena at 3 p.m.
On Holy Saturday, the Easter Vigil Mass will be at St. Charles Borromeo at 8 p.m., and on Easter Sunday, Masses will be at 9 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo and 11 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena.
The choirs at each respective church will provide music at most services, and the public is invited to join the parishioners at either church to commemorate the historical events of the Holy Week.
