Raleigh County residents are being encouraged to fill out a speed and internet access survey.
This survey is called the Appalachian Power Internet Survey and provides residents the opportunity to answer 12 internet-based questions, including questions about reliability, length of outages and cost. The survey also provides the opportunity for residents to write comments about their internet service, or lack thereof.
