Greenbrier East baseball fundraiser set for Sunday

LEWISBURG (WVDN) – The Greenbrier East baseball program will hold a “lead-off dinner” and silent auction on Sunday, Mar. 27, at 2 p.m. in the Greenbrier East High School cafeteria. This is the team’s largest fundraiser, but due to the pandemic, they haven’t had one since 2019.

There will be a silent auction with 50 donated items from generous community supporters. A complete listing of the items is on the GEHS Facebook page. Attendees will have lunch, bid on auction items, and meet this season’s coaches and players. Cost is $30/family, $10/adult and $5/student.

For those that can’t attend and would like to support GEHS baseball this season, they can send financial support to: Greenbrier East High School, Attention: Cory Mann Baseball, 273 Spartan Lane, Lewisburg, WV, 24901.
