Greenbrier County Commission To Meet Tuesday

The Greenbrier County Commission will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 22, at 10 a.m. in Room 132 of the Greenbrier County Courthouse. A livestream is available at https://www.facebook.com/gbrcourthouse/.

On the agenda:

Public hearing: CDBG -discussion of project application for the Greenbrier PSD# 2 Clintonville water extension project.

New Business:
1. Consider singing the CDBG grant application for the Greenbrier PSD#2 Clintonville water extension project.
2. Bid opening for structure demolition HMGP Project 4455-004
3. Consider new hire in tax office to fill vacancy.
4. Review of MRT TE 2012 Bid Summary and award of contract

Construction Project:
1. Consideration of any necessary actions related to the design, acquisition, construction and equipping of the Greenbrier County Courthouse Project, specifically including, but not limited to, any aspects of the construction contract.
2. Consideration of one or more requisitions related to the Greenbrier County Courthouse Project.
3. Update on status of Greenbrier County Courthouse Project.
4. Consideration of any necessary actions related to the financing for the Greenbrier County Courthouse Project.
5. Consideration of any and all actions related to the foregoing.
