EPW Committee to Hold Business Meeting and Hearing on Renewable Fuel Standard

WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works will hold a business meeting to consider two nominees for leadership posts at the Environmental Protection Agency, immediately followed by a hearing to examine the Renewable Fuel Standard.

  1. David Uhlmann to be Assistant Administrator for Enforcement and Compliance Assurance of the Environmental Protection Agency
  2. Carlton Waterhouse to be Assistant Administrator for the Office of Solid Waste, of the Environmental Protection Agency
