A local doctor had a pretrial hearing Tuesday, November 25, after being charged with involuntary manslaughter last year. Leslie Abigail Winters, D.O., 64, of Ronceverte, was charged with involuntary manslaughter after one of her patients overdosed in the parking lot of Fritz’s Pharmacy on February 25, 2013.
